Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about our junk removal and demolition services.
General
Pricing, scheduling, and how we work.
How much does junk removal cost?
Most jobs land between $175 and $900 depending on how much trailer space you use. A 1/4 load (3–5 yards) starts at $175 and a full 14–17 yard load tops out around $900. Single items like a couch or mattress start at $85. Every price is published on our pricing page. No phone call required.
Do you offer same-day service?
Yes. Book before noon and we can almost always get a crew to you the same day across our 20-mile Lithia service radius. After noon, next-day morning slots are typically wide open.
What happens to my junk?
Every load is sorted. Usable goods go to named local partners — Habitat for Humanity ReStore in Brandon, Goodwill Tampa, Salvation Army Riverview — metals go to recycling, and only the remainder is landfilled. You receive a donation receipt with weights within 14 days.
Do I need to be home?
Not necessarily. If the items are outside or accessible, we can complete the job with photo confirmation and pay-by-link. For interior work we just need someone to let us in or a lockbox code.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Fully licensed in Hillsborough County and carrying general liability plus workers' comp. We'll send a certificate of insurance to you or your property manager on request.
What items can't you take?
We cannot haul hazardous materials: paint, solvents, motor oil, fuel, pesticides, asbestos, medical waste, or propane tanks. We'll point you to the nearest Hillsborough County household hazardous waste drop-off.
How do I get an exact quote?
Use the 60-second quote tool on this page for an instant estimate. Upload photos of your junk and we'll reply with a firm number during business hours.
What's your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation with 24 hours notice, and never a fee if we're the ones who reschedule. No deposits, no penalties, no fine print.
Junk Removal
Do I have to move anything to the curb?
No. Our crew carries everything out from wherever it sits — upstairs, garage, backyard — with floor protection down before we start.
How fast can you get here?
Same-day service is available when you book before noon. Otherwise, next-day slots are almost always open.
Is the price really final?
Yes. We confirm your price on-site before any work begins. If it's higher than your online estimate, you can cancel for free.
Estate Cleanouts
Can you help identify items worth donating?
Yes. We sort as we load and route usable goods to our named charity partners, then send you a donation receipt within 14 days.
Do I need to be on-site?
No. Many estate clients are out of state. We can work from a lockbox and send photo documentation at every stage.
How long does a full cleanout take?
Most 3-bedroom homes are completed in one day with a two-to-three person crew.
Construction Debris
Can you work around an active jobsite?
Absolutely. We schedule recurring haul-offs so your crew never loses a day to a full dumpster.
Do you handle heavy concrete?
Yes, priced by weight since dump fees are weight-based. We disclose the weight tier before we load.
Do you provide dump tickets?
Yes. Copies of disposal and recycling tickets are available for every job on request.
Commercial Cleanouts
Can you work after hours?
Yes. Evening and weekend windows are standard for commercial clients so we never disrupt operations.
Do you carry a COI?
Yes, and we send a certificate of insurance naming your property manager before the job.
Can we get an itemized invoice?
Every commercial job includes an itemized invoice suitable for accounting and net-30 terms on approval.
Light Demolition
Do you pull permits?
For structures that require them in Hillsborough County, yes. Permitting is quoted as a line item.
Is haul-away included?
Always. Demolition pricing includes disposal so you never get a second bill.
When does demolition launch?
Light demolition is booking now for Phase 2 launch. Join the list and we'll lock your date and price.
Pool Demolition
Partial or full removal — which do I need?
Partial is faster and cheaper; full removal restores the lot for future building. We walk you through both with pricing.
Will my yard be drivable after?
Yes. We compact in lifts and finish with clean fill and grade so the area settles properly.
How long does it take?
Most residential pools are completed in three to five working days including inspection.
Equipment & Vehicle Transport
What's the weight limit?
We transport anything under 20,000 pounds. For heavier loads, we'll connect you with a partner.
How do I get a price?
Call us with pickup/dropoff locations and equipment details. We'll quote on the spot.
Do you transport long distance?
We serve the greater Tampa Bay area. For longer hauls, call and we'll work it out.
Land Clearing
Do you handle tree stumps?
Small stumps yes. For large tree removal, we partner with a licensed arborist and coordinate the full job.
Can you clear for new construction?
Yes. We prep lots to grade so your builder can start immediately.
How is land clearing priced?
By lot size and density. Call us with your address and we'll quote after a site visit or satellite review.
Materials Delivery
What's the minimum delivery?
We deliver by the dump truck load. Call with your material and quantity for exact pricing.
Can you spread the material?
Basic spreading is included. For precision grading, we'll quote that as a line item.
Do you deliver on weekends?
